My experience with SERVPRO of Fredericksburg has been extremely favorable. I had a New Years Eve disaster and their quick response teams were friendly, informative, experienced, and fast acting to diagnose and mitigate water and the damage associated. They come ready with a fleet of water drying equipment and deploy it where needed. Nice thing is that they follow-up and you know what to expect with the process. Some of the drying takes days and they will come back and monitor and remove equipment once the drying is complete. Its a thorough stabilization to prepare the space for the contractor work that follows. In many ways SERVPRO of Fredericksburg is like an emergency response team; first responder, charged with stabilizing the spaces damaged by headache inducing situations. Two thumbs up.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and professionalism of the SERVPRO team. Fred and Lawrence did an amazing job servicing the ducts and HVAC system in my residence. The air quality has improved tremendously throughout the house and the system is running efficiently after smoke damage.

They arrived quickly and were able to dry out our basement after a flood to avoid any further damage from mold, etc. They were very professional, and I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely incredible service. I’ve never dealt with a company where they were professional, courteous and so hard working. Fred and crew were exceptional to deal with. Fred answered all questions, found damage areas I hadn’t seen and always nice when communicating with me. They were here 6-1/2 hours and I never heard a complaint and it was hard work. I have to shout out to Ray and his assistant who were here on last day…great clean up and also very nice to deal with. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

My son recently purchased a home. The home is over 15 years old and the HVAC ducts had never been cleaned. When my son purchased the home there were no filters being used and my son was having a hard time sleeping and even breathing in the home.
